XF 1.3 massive IE Errors in post area, fine in other browsers

I've been trying to style the header in my forum to look like my wordpress. It all works well in firefox and chrome and even the forum homepage looks correct in IE but when I go to where the list of threads are or in to read a post in IE, its completely missed up. Does anyone have any ideas where I could start to fix this.

I have basically taken the HTML, CSS and Javascripts from wordpress and placed them in page_container to make this work.
