XF 2.0 Mass spammer in our forums as well as Xenforo Community

Is this a sign of a vulnerability in XenForo? We have been getting hundreds of similar posts on our site and I came here to check up on recent posts just to see the very same spam being posted in the forums.

XF Admin may also have reports of server errors – "MySQL query error [1062]: Duplicate. entry 'forum-9-247033' for key 'draft_key_user'"
