mass group changing?

I have imported my users/posts etc from a vb forum which has all worked well.

Problem is the user groups.

What happens if i delete a user group that has users in it?

Is there a easier/quicker way of moving users to another group?

You can use an SQL query but there are issues related to that as explained by Mike: http://xenforo.com/community/thread...ed-when-deleting-usergroup.10311/#post-140385

Judging by previous posts, the easiest/quickest way seems to be to set up the groups properly in the vB install before doing the import.

What happens if i delete a user group that has users in it?

The users get moved to Registered (usergroupid 2).
