Fixed Markdown is parsed inside [icode]

Markdown is not parsed within [plain] and [code] but does get parsed within [icode] which seems rather inconsistent and is annoying :)
 
Thank you for reporting this issue. The issue is now resolved and we are aiming to include that in a future XF release (2.1.0 Beta 5).

Change log:
Consider [icode] to be a "plain" tag so it is stashed correctly in the Markdown processor.
