I often have new members (0 posts in the forum) who trying to start conversation with a internal link + text. Akismet too often incorrectly stops these conversation as spam.
It would be desirable to be able to do something about it.

- Manually approve conversation if Akismet mark them as spam. (And send feedback to Akismet so they become smarter...)
- Option to disable Akismet spam check on conversation
