Sadly, I don't think that there is one.
Most XenForo forums are probably targeted toward extremely internet literate populations, but not all are. I'd seriously consider paying for an add-on that explained these very basic things simply and well. Everyone's forum is different, though, so I don't think it would work. Further, I don't know if add-on developers would consider it a fun add-on to write, so the need will probably go unfilled (unless it has been filled already and we don't know).
