Managing Watched Forums

In the ACP, can I see and change which forums a user is watching and the form of notification?

I ask because I've recently created a private sub-forum for attendees of an event and I want to make the default configuration for these users

1. watch the forum

2. receive email notifications.

Of course I will let them know they can change that if they wish.

Ideally, I would manage this with a group membership: I put you in the group and, along with getting access to this forum (which is setup and working), you are set to watch it and receive email notifications.

Right now, I can't even figure out how to see what a specific user is watching.

No, you can't control that, members have to subscribe themselves.
