No, no one has done one yet, and the only remaining one for XF1 has no plans to port it to XF2

I believe he is looking for a fake users addon, one that adds fake users to the forum.

i think you have misunderstood? i mean the add on which shows fake members and users on the forum itself,it shows users browsing your forum that it is populated...thx for the reply

No, there is no such addon for XF2 at this time. You would probably have to hire someone to create one for you.
