XF 2.2 Making this box and font smaller?

Hi I would like to change the height, font size and background of this box for forum section but I am unable to locate in admin panel

ACP > Apperance > Style properties > Block > Block header
Those settings will affect all block headers not only categories block headers

Padding is 6px 10px actually so you can set as you want in Extra field.
padding: 3px 10px; for example
