Lack of interest Make user upgrades payments modular

I was thinking that it would be nice for the payment gateways to be modular on the User Upgrades feature, this way developers could make a class that lets you use a gateway other than paypal. For example: AlertPay, Google Wallet, etc. Not sure if this makes sense to anyone else, but I think it would be extremely beneficial.

additional payment processors need to be a part of the core code, ie Amazon FPS, 2CheckOut, CCBill, etc.
