So basicly the idea is, when a post contains a certain word (/or link), the post gets either moderated or directly deleted.
You should be able to modify these "forbidden" words in the Options, quite like is now being done with censoring. However when you add the word, instead of a replacement, you should be able to choose "Moderate" or "Delete".
Some spambots always use the same word ("Outlet" in my experience), and I'm sure some forums will be able to block a lot of spam from being posted to the public with this.
