Currently the "latest" (post) block on the main page has a fixed width, with a wide window this only creates empty space between forum link & latest post. Why not make the latest block adapt to let's say 1/3 of the width?
Advantages:
- the latest content gets more space & thread titles can be read fully
- it's innovative (no other forum solution has done this before, they all have fixed width)
- with a narrow screen it still looks good because it will only take up 1/3 of width
