He's on 1.2.0, that's a different issue.

Its most likely an add-on that is trying to send mail using the deferred system, but doesn't format it properly.

These are the add ons installed on the site which it is happening on. Any suggestions:

I saw this error on someone else's site and unchecking the follow box solved it

AdminCP > Options > Email Options

Set return path with -f parameter (recommended, but does not work on all servers)

Uncheck it, save.
