At last my host has let me know what is going on:

The server is functioning correctly. The messages you see are from a new feature. We combine connections
and retain them in order to be able to process subsequent applications more quickly. However, there is a limit to this, if
that breaks the connections and builds a new one and the advantage is temporarily gone.
The message you see indicates this but does not cause any further downtime, issues or performance reduction.
