XF 2.3 Lost Access to Most Tools as a Non-Super Admin

I'm a regular admin on a forum, not a super admin. I'm also its technical admin, and handle all technical affairs. I upgraded the forum from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4. However, after doing so, I lost access to most tools in the admin control panel. For instance, I can no longer check for upgrades, nor run a file health check. Everything else appears to be the same. When I attempt to access these pages by the URL directly, I get an error stating that I do not have permission. Is this intended?

That is a change in 2.3.4.

A super admin will need to grant specific permissions to your account.

I created a user, made them an administrator, but did not give them any admin permissions.

The user can still see the following:



I need to provide a clean admin UI to some of my non-technical staff to undertake specific administrative tasks on the site using custom functionality I'm building into my application - but there is no way to remove these menu options (template modifications won't work) and they should not be seeing any technical information or functions while there.

I'm assuming if I manually change the admin permissions for these navigation items, they will...

The person who runs the forum needs to give you access to what you need access to, or give you super admin through config.
