Looking to host sponsor a few forums

I am going to be moving from Minecraft/gaming server hosting into some new markets. One of which will be a premium forum hosting niche, urljet can't have everyone =) I am looking to sponsor a few medium sized forums to have as some showcase clients when I launch.

What I require:

Forum must be xF or vB and have at least a few thousand posts.
A small powered by link-back in your footer.

What you get:

cPanel control panel, CentOS 6, CloudLinux
Disk space on 15k SAS drives in hardware RAID 10
Premium bandwidth from Level 3 on a 1Gbps port, hosted in Orlando, Fla
Server specs are: E3-1230 3.2Ghz w/HT with Litespeed, Memcache and APC w/ 32GB RAM
I can include a dedicated IP address too if your site requires it for SSL, etc.

Seems nice, however, I'm quite curious about some things:

Does the forum have to have a certain topic or a certain language?
Does the activity of the board matter? (i.e. does it need a certain amount of posts per day to qualify, or only the few thousand posts?)
How long will the sponsoring last? Indefinitely, or only for a specific amount of time? And if so, what happens afterwards?
Anything else which is important before you consider someone?

Any topic is welcome as long as it's legal, only exception to that is we don't allow porn forums, reason for that is that it's against LiteSpeeds ToS. Any language is welcome.

Yeah, forum still should be active, main reason for the few thousand post requirement is so the forum is already established and serious on moving forward rather then I'll take it and maybe do something with the space someday. Thank's, I'll add the part about being active to my 1st post too.

Sponsorship would remain indefinite as long as your putting effort to keep your forum active and our link remains in your footer, of course any other sort of advertising and/or reviews on the service is welcome too, but I know a lot of sites like to remain banner free, so that's why I decided to go the footer route.

Not that I am interested in starting a porn forum (or even have it), but seeing as the internet is 95% porn, that ToS does not make much sense for commercial server software....

I'm assuming that it has to do with laws they have to follow, and for many it's just too much hassle to be worth it.

My previous experience with sponsors didn't go well so i am always bit skeptical.

Suggestion: You should ask for few gaming clans since you are already into mine-craft business.
