XF 2.2 Logout after ban

Hello, a user cannot logout of their account after being banned. When banned, there should be a button on the page that states that they are banned and they should be able to log out with that button. Is there a way to do this?

They'll eventually be logged out. They can clear cookies in any event to get logged out.

Users do not know that they can log out by clearing cookies, so it would be better if there was a button called "log out".

Maybe you can edit the ban phrase to add the cookies tips for logging out.

You'll likely have to get that custom developed. For my part, when I have to ban someone I don't care what they do after that.

I ban most users for using multi accounts so this is necessary.

Giving them the ability to log out of a banned acct seems to serve only to help them make a new one.

do not ban but remove the duplicate account. a ban doers not make it possible to login under the first account.
