XF 2.2 Logo is behind the nav bar

My xenforo website is www.relheim.com/forums and my logo is behind the nav bar, is anyone here that can help me bring it in front without affecting the nav links?

Yes i will make them jpg.

Your logo in jpeg will weight ~450Ko not so bad but can do better reducing the size.
But with jpeg you will lost transparency...
