I was just wondering if anyone has faced the challenge I'm about to face.
I’m thinking about starting a YouTube network and I want to encourage members to use our name and logo on their creations.
I want to do this in a way that doesn't dilute the trademark value of my logo and in a way that shields me from potential legal liabilities. I’ve seen that other YouTube networks allow their partners to use their intellectual property in their creations.
I realize that I need to talk to a lawyer about this but I would really value your input.
