XF 1.5 Locked out of admin panel

Hey team.

After some server updates, I can no longer access admin panel. error_log shows me this,

What happens when you try to login to the Admin CP?

I see the loading animation at the top right and it doesn't go away, the xf logo doesn't go through the animation either.

It's probably worth contacting your host and asking them what changes they made and to investigate the error.

Reverting those changes will likely be the quickest way to resolve it.

I am the host, and the changes was just a minor update to Plesk. I'm not even sure that is the problem.
Does anyone know what proxy_fcgi:error means?

I have fixed this, firewall issues with outgoing mail on acp login.
