Litespeed Security: Per client Throttling

Litespeed Webserver has very useful security settings to limit DDoS, brute force, scraping, etc.
Does anyone have an idea what settings would be right for XenForo sites?

Inbound Bandwidth (bytes/sec) 0
Connection Soft Limit 10
Connection Hard Limit 40
Grace Period (sec) 15
