The links in the dropdown menu when you click your username shouldn't contain one time things like facebook integration and preferences as these things will most likely be set at signup and never be tampered with again.
I disagree. What if people register the regular way, and want to integrate their fb account at a later time, or create a new fb account and want to integrate it?
Also, I've changed my preferences at least once since joining.
