Fixed 'Links are not crawlable' SEO errors in post quotes reported by Lighthouse

Google's lighthouse is reporting that the Click to expand... links for quotes in posts are producing SEO errors. The definition of 'Error' being that it lowers our SEO score, which I'm taking seriously.

Search engines may use href attributes on links to crawl websites. Ensure that the href attribute of anchor elements links to an appropriate destination, so more pages of the site can be discovered.

Xenforo should mark these <a> tags as not crawlable (or whatever is needed) in order to stop any confusion for search engines.

Change log:

Ensure that "click to expand" links are treated as buttons and are keyboard-navigation accessible.
