XF 2.0 Linked Accounts

In our forum we have several upgrades.
One is an individual "Supporting Member" upgrade and the other is a "Family Membership" upgrade.

Both upgrades put the user into a secondary group 38 "Supporting Member" that allows the see other nodes and some things like that. Right now we have to manually upgrade the second named user on a "Family Membership".

I know the answer is probably NO but will ask anyway.

Is there a way to link two accounts to an upgrade?

i.e. when they purchase the "Family Membership" upgrade for their account they are asked to supply another username to upgrade.

Thanks.. that is sort of similar. What I am really after is a way to have two accounts upgraded and when the upgrade expires downgraded auto magically when the "family membership" is chosen.
