XF 2.1 Limiting Stop Words in urls?

Is there a way to prevent "stop words" like 'and' 'with' 'in', and 'not' in urls? If so, I'd love to see how.

It would also be unnecessary. The focus on so-called "stop words" has been exaggerated for years. Modern search algorithms are perfectly capable of extracting what they need from URLs and "ignoring" the rest in responding to search queries.
