Lack of interest Limit site user/content visibility to own usergroup

I would find it really useful to have a usergroup option, which could restrict visbility of all site content and users to 'only their own usergroup'.

I'm going to have some family orientated forums/users and some users/forum which will be more fun and contain a few adult jokes.

Having users in different usergroups and not being able to see other usergroups users and content would be an excellent option to have.
