"likes" post feature

I thought by default the "Like" post was turned on?
None of my posts have a link to "Like" the post. Is it turned off somewhere in the acp?
I can't find the setting.

I just got stumped by this one too - if you go in your acp and check the usergroup permissions, it's in there - set it to allow.
