XF 1.4 Likes on/off for different boards?

I just wondered if it's possible to toggle likes as active or inactive for different boards?

For example, we have our serious discussion areas where I'm happy to see Likes used.

But we also have a chatty games area where I'd prefer not to see Likes used. I already disallow post counts in these areas.

You can revoke the permission on a per node basis.

Forum options
Thread prefixes

However, I'm afraid I don't see anything about Likes mentioned there? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Yes. Go into the node permissions, not the node options.

Select the node tree and click on the Permissions link on the right.



On the next page choose a user group.

Then revoke the permission for the group.
