XF 2.3 Likes of deleted users are not deleted

Is there a way to get rid of deleted users likes?
There is a person that keeps registering with funny and offensive usernames and his likes keep showing after we delete these usernames.

1) You can delete reactions from user accounts before deletion via ACP.



2) I believe you can run this cache rebuild to update the reaction scores and thus removing the orphan reactions.
