Fixed Lightbox displays all attached thumbnails on page - described incorrectly

Setup -> Options -> Messages



The description indicates "Note that the lightbox will only include attached images", this is incorrect as hot linked images using the IMG tag also use the lightbox if resized.

For example the following IMG code will use the lightbox.

[IMG height="50px"]https://www.google.com/images/branding/googlelogo/2x/googlelogo_color_272x92dp.png[/IMG]
