How can i go about contacting the abuse team. as i run a Web Hosting Service and i have a few people using XenForo want i want to verify there using Real Lic copy's and not nulled ones

You will have to ask for the verification token from your clients and then run the check https://xenforo.com/api/.

Use the "contact us" link and send a message to them. Give the URL also when you report it.
