Add-on Let users to know how their report was dealt.

When a user reported specific post and Admin replied to his report, the user can't receive any notification or dosen't know what actions were taken by moderators.

I wanna let the reporter see the response to their reported post by alert or even if responses were copied into a PM.

I think that it could be enough a mail with the "closing" comment from moderator.

But we have to think that the report, if legit, will be dealt in public on the reported thread/post.
