XF 1.5 Let someone manage a certain usergroup?

I have a forum with public nodes and one private node.
Users can be added/removed to this private node by adding/removing them to a usergroup.

Is it possible with XenForo to let someone else manage this usergroup? So he can add/remove users to the group?
Because users needs to be added on a regulair base, I don't want to do that every day as an admin, but I also don't want to make him an administrator of the complete forum.

Only administrators can add/remove users to/from user groups.

That is some functionallaty I'm gonna miss. I couldn't find a plugin that does this so hopefully I can find someone who can make this (paid).
