Duplicate Let admins choose ACP language

As RTL user, I hate when my AdminCP is in Hebrew because it's harder to follow guidelines when something should be changed/implemented (because all the navigation guidelines are in English).

Overall, I don't like any operating system that isn't in English and ACP is one of them. However, I would still like to use my language in the overall forum, so lettings admins to choose the language of their ACP would be very helpful .

I guess this feature would be helpful for other people that don't use their boards in English.
