Latest Activity should exclude posts from forums where post are excluded from New Posts List

If a node options is set to exclude threads/post from New Posts, it should also exclude from latest Activity

this is a great idea, only last week i had a member ask about making it easier to see new posts in dedicated sections , rather than the whole forum
