I also need help: I would like to move the lastPost sidebar block above the active members block.
Can someone help me with that?

It's not? But it must be there, I just installed it and it's there... try searching with CTRL + F for "lastPost" in yourdomian/admin.php?options/

I tried manipulating the templates for you, combining the two different templates, even creating a brand new template....
"Forum_list" is where the layout is controlled, but I can't see "lastPost" included in there...

Sorry took a while, managed to duplicate online users, but not the add-on?

As for your problem: You also could try to use a direct url linking to the settings.
For me it's: sitedomain/admin.php?options/list/lastPost_settingsgroup
May this helps? If this also do not help you could try to reinstall the addon.
