XF 2.0 Language ok for admin and home page but not logged members

Hi Xen people,
My Forum is under a language for the visitors or admin, but when others members are logged, all the informations and nav language of the forums remains in english.
Have you an idea to resolve this language problem.

but i don't find the window or the fied for. I'am on the same URL, but i can see, on 2.0: title, parent langage, time et few fields for rules editions...
