Looks like you just have a very busy site then. Get a couple more Google Adsense banners on there, and make some $$ from all that traffic

You have a low % of China (it's insignificant compared to Philippines, which seems to be your users country), 66% direct, and 505 registered members online, spam bots aren't going to have a significant impact for you (they may take a couple of gig, as you can see from just a small % of China, but your members/visitors will have a larger impact).

A CDN as DBA suggested is going to be more useful for you

Sadly, Google Adsense is not that good on earning for me.
As my visitors are mostly Filipinos.

Can you recommend me a good CDN?
Is this OK: http://www.placona.co.uk/159/general-techie-stuff/speed-up-yor-website-part-2-the-free-cdn/?
Free service.

I'm just using Xen Utilities for spambots.
So it's fairly enough?

Solving the bot resource issue...

Can you point me to that addon?
Is it free?
ZBBlock works wonders. Stops most before they even get to to the main forum page. It's very easy to set up and it's hook goes into index.php.

Maybe I missed this, but if your server or account is run with recent versions of cPanel, the AWStats bandwidth reading will be bogus. Don't ask me to explain, but if it was genuine, I'd be getting 7TB per day bandwidth, which is what it shows for me. Now I do receive multiple terabytes of usage per month, which is why my server has extra capacity and resources, but it's nowhere near as much as those stats demonstrate. So I'd check it again with a different stat program to be sure.

Yeah, I'm using cloudflare lately, but I always experience downtime, server offline which is not when checking my main server it's up.
We use MaxCDN and in the past year+ I can only remember one time that it was down for an hour or so. I think you'd benefit greatly from using a CDN.

My Forum consumes, 6GB to 9GB per day.
Who has a forum that is similar to this stats?

I can't generate a 1:1 comparison with your stats, but I can say that we do roughly the same bandwidth as you for a 1MM pageviews/mo site. And that's with some pretty aggressive user-side caching enabled. That's with 95% US-based traffic, too.

In short, your numbers don't seem to be unreasonable based on my experience. Individual forums may vary, particularly based on the volume of images posted to the site and the frequency at which they're viewed. Size figures in substantially, too. You'll see a big bump if you're letting them upload 1600px wide images vs 800px wide, etc.

I don't see the use for a CDN unless your visitors are widely (and evenly) spaced geographically. Hell, our server is physically located 3000 miles from most of our users, and it doesn't matter. The additional cost and complexity that the CDN would bring doesn't improve page speed or reduce our main server load enough to offset for the change.

But first, I must find for direct advertisement to advertise on my forum.
For me to purchase new server with higher specs.
DP forum is my option but, I cannot start selling ads space their :(

ZBBlock even blocks me, when I'm not a spammer :(
You can put exclusions in, or get the open database that opens up the area for most everywhere and just blocks based upon other criteria. It defaults to a very restrictive mode. The main reason their site is blocking you is because the ISP you apparently use is well known for spammers or bot farms.
If you want to give it a try I can grab the files and the more open DB and send it to you with instructions on how to install it via conversation.
