XF 2.0 "Jump to New" on phones

Can I get the "jump to new" feature I see on a desktop and tablet, to show up on a phone?

There's a link at the top of threads on a desktop and tablet that says, "Jump to New." I'd like this on phones. I did find a
"Display page jump buttons on scroll" ... Does this do the same thing as the "Jump to New" button?

The Jump to new button already is available on mobiles, here it is on mine (screenshot from thus website)

I've already got the 'Jump to new' when I view a topic on a phone, its at the top of a thread alongside 'Watch'
