JSON Schema for Add-On JSONs

This is especially necessary for addon.json but JSON Schemas published by XenForo would be nice for IDE support, for both files manually edited and auto-generated ones.

Not necessarily me but more LLMs.

(From your other comment, if LLMs are supposed to be using xf: commands they should be taught this in a skill.)

That onus is on us, but we are lucky enough that in 2.3.10 the team provided us with a new php command to init all needed agent/claude.md files.
