Not a bug Javascript console error

Hello,

forgive me for my ignorance of Xenforo and anything that is related to PHP.

I am a member from a internet forum that is built on Xenforo as well (bigsoccer.com), long story short I try to contact the BigSoccer help desk but every time I hit the send button this shows up:

The server responded with an error. The error message is in the JavaScript console.

So I checked and saw this:

Any idea how I can solve this problem?

Thing is, you can only contact them via the ''contact us'' form, or to create an account (which is a violation of the rules, ''socks'' are not allowed)

So there is nothing I can do - like updating something or disabling an add-on or something?
