JustinHawk updated [J] Ban Reason In User Messages/Signature with a new update entry:

Imrovements

Completely uninstall the older version before installing this version of addon

Improvements done in the addon
  • Code improvements
  • Now you select form options where you want to show the ban reason

  • You can now describe your own text from options for banned member signature.
  • You can also use html code there :)
  • Now you have three variables
    • {reason} for ban reason...

just bought the addon, but i was curious, does this add the ban notice to a user's signature for all posts or just the post they got banned for? thanks!
 
on my board it's not displaying the reason for the user's ban:

also, is there a way to style this? it's just showing as plain text in my theme (UI.X Dark).

In options > [J] Ban Reason in signature/posts

add this in text field

Reason for banning : {reason} <br>
Banned By : {user} <br>
End Date : {date}

seems like i forgot to add default value and some information, to style it you can use html in that text field

okay, that works. if i could make a suggestion, it would be nice if this notice could appear somewhere on the user's profile as well. thanks!
