Issue with Review Snippets in Google Search Console - Invalid itemReviewed Error

Google Search Console is reporting review snippet errors across all my resource pages that include reviews.
The error under “Review snippets” is:

• Invalid object type for field itemReviewed
• Missing reviewed item name

The page is crawled successfully, but review data is flagged as invalid and not eligible for rich results.

I’ve been told this might be something that needs to be fixed on XenForo’s side in how the structured data is generated for resources with reviews. Could you confirm that, and let me know if there’s a way to resolve it?

I got the same. It seems these errors only popup late last month.
Google probably changed something on their end and we have to follow up on this.

Been seeing this for more than 2 months actually, not a single review is getting indexed
