Issue with Mobile Access on XenForo 2.3.2 Forum Pages

I have encountered a recurring issue while trying to access my forum using the mobile view. Some of my users have reported difficulties accessing the forum from their mobile devices. To verify the issue, I tested it on xenforo.com itself.

Here are the steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Open xenforo.com using Google Chrome.
  2. Switch to mobile view mode.
  3. Refresh the page once.
Upon doing so, various errors appear, but these are specific to the forum section of the site. The home page does not exhibit this issue. I believe this problem may be present in all versions of 2.3.2.

Please find the attached screenshots illustrating the problem. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Best regards

I can't reproduce this locally or here on this site. I have opened https://xenforo.com/community/forums/announcements/ in Chrome, switched to responsive mode in developer tools, and refreshed dozens of times without issue. I've tried as both a guest and logged in to an account. It may be worth trying to reproduce this on the Guest profile without any browser extensions.

The problem is that it doesn't happen in everyone. I get the same complaint from most of my mobile users. It happens in 10 people out of 100.

As usual, that's going to make it difficult if not impossible to diagnose. It's worth seeing what errors, if any, are in the browser console when this occurs.

Since users experience this problem on mobile, I cannot submit error logs. What is your suggestion? How can I get error logs? There is no error log visible in the admin panel

In your first post you seemed able to reproduce this on desktop when using the responsive mode, where the browser console is available. There are also remote debugging tools for mobile, but I understand they're more cumbersome to set up. In any case I haven't been able to reproduce any issues so far, and we have not received other reports of this, so we're unlikely to progress it without new information.
