Hi, thanks for your reply, i have fix was just mysql full now all is work
"commands out of sync" isn't an add-on issue (or even XenForo) but more MySQL is in a very weird state.
Check for diskspace being full or any other obvious errors in the MySQL logs.
Restarting php-fpm/apache and MySQL, might just make the problem go away.
