Is your Amazon S3 being throttled by Verizon?

BTW, I am on FIOS at home and TW Telecom (fiber) connection at work. Both are 50 Mbps connections. So, all things being as equal as I could make them, I got less than a 2 Mbps difference in download speed between the two and less than 10 m/s difference in the traceroute. For security reasons, I can't post the traceroute results from work.
 
2nd follow up. I started watching netflix on my xbox 360 this evening and I swear it keeps dropping to non-HD quality intermittently. Just a note, my xbox 360 is hooked directly up to my fios router via ethernet Cat-5e, not connected over Wi-Fi.
