is Xenforo friendly url of Image attachments good for SEO (Google Image Search)

Today I try to find "screen-shot-2012-05-16-at-8-27-21-am-png" on Google, Google didn't see any url have "screen-shot-2012-05-16-at-8-27-21-am-png".

But it's exist here: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/signature-restriction-advanced-permissions.717/ with url: http://xenforo.com/community/attachments/screen-shot-2012-05-16-at-8-27-21-am-png.29622/

I checked that image have guest permission So I doubt XF friendly url of image attachments. Is it enough friendly?

I have wondered this as well. My vB3 forums have never had a problem getting the attachments into Google Image search with vBSEO.

I think it depends on what the image name is?
I'll test this real quick

There are some numbers added, but for the most part it's good for google
attachments/monster-test-png.40494/
I called that image "monster test"

I am not sure how Google treats images, but I would guess they use the same methods as with normal web search. Would it not be better to name it something like xenforo-forum-screenshot.png on this site?

Searching for the file name does not seem like a good test to me. I found the image on Google image search;

It only picked up the thumbnail, though.
