Is this bad performance ?

4 core, 16gb ram, centos 7
This is my site load



I notice if average system load higher than 30 (last minute) it will get pretty laggy, according to google analysis when I taking the screenshot, my site has around 600 Active Users
I don't know how to reduce it or increase performance
Anyone could help me this please ?

• use a phpCache like memCahche, xCache or similar
• use a CDN

I'm using redis cache by @Xon
CDN currently disabled

If a lot (300+ real-time online) of those users are Logged Member and doing several forum activity like posting, then you may need an 8 core CPU server for that.

Or disable some resource intensive addons.

That would cost me a lot, like $160 to $200 per month to maintain server
