I'm mostly interested in an overview that explains the approach to be used now since things have changed from XenForo 1.
I've found the predefined ad locations, (Setup > Advertising...), but, I'm unsure where head code is supposed to be included. Using DFP, I need to place code in the head section, but, the new Advertising only seems to have specific ad units defined.
Do we still use templates to put head included ad code? Or, is there an option I'm just not seeing in the new v2 system?
