Is there any way to automatically disable/stop sending an email, like a confirmation email, to users with Hard Bounce status?

I configure the automated bounce handling via XenForo; it works fine, but with new user registration, it keeps sending a confirmation email when that user requests a resend (/account-confirmation/resend) even if the user's email status is a hard bounce.

I think it should set the user state to "Email invalid".

I've been saying for years that it's essential for xf to have a newsletter system that allows you to understand Bounce users, but no one does anything about this fundamental thing, or rather, they've only done it for the cloud service...
